A restaurant offering a pleasant setting for tasty dishes, an interesting address for a break in Paris.
This SoPi canteen occupies a vast, beautiful space bathed in natural light. It's closer to a coffee shop than a restaurant, at least in appearance, as the house tells a different story through its dishes. The minimalism of the dining room contrasts with the warmth of the dishes served. On this particular lunchtime, the cream of parsnip was perfectly paired with the perfect egg, and the grilled salmon was impeccably cooked. The whisky sabayon that accompanied it lacked just a little depth, but that's no big deal.
