The Affranchis is a nice bistro like we love them. The duo Keenan Ballois ( the Arpège bistro) and Enrico Bertazzo (Perbellini, Robuchon and Pacaud) is delighted to enjoy us with gourmet, generous and imaginative cuisine. Tilapia, cream cowpea, lemon squid with tomato, crispy piglet, celery, fig ice cream with sweet spices, roasted pigeon lacquered with lavander and coriander, carrots and fennel, red mullet, coco de Paimpol, piquillo pesto with lemon. As many safe values as we do not get tired of. To finish, caramel panna cotta, mirabelle and rosemary or delicious praline cream and pear nougatine. A delight, you're told!

Assiette jolie mais nourriture pas plus que correcte. Pour une addition sacrément salée par contre. Même tarif que pour un gastro . Je suis vraiment déçue parce que je voulais faire plaisir à la personne que j’invitais et cela n’a pas été le cas.
Ça donne envie d'y retourner.
