What a place! On March1st, the mythical Casino de Paris experienced a rare event: the opening of its own restaurant, located on thefirst floor. Overlooked by the immense Art Deco stained glass window, signature of the place, and under an immense arch decorated by Mathias Kiss, the show is certainly in the room, but also in the plates. Here, we have also put in the means with the chef Etienne Daviau, who develops a rich, bistronomic, inventive menu: pearly cod and artichokes in two ways, roasted beef filet or Guanaja chocolate dessert among some examples. No doubt about it: Mistinguett is worthily honored in these places where she performed for so long.
