A creative bistro-gastro restaurant located near Place Saint-Georges, an address for gourmet getaways.

He didn't have long to wait. Only a year and a half separates the opening of his Escudella in the 7th arrondissement and this Évadé, near Place Saint-Georges. In both restaurants, Rémi Poulain enchantingly and creatively plays a bistro-gastro score. Each offers gourmet escapes with exceptional products (pan-fried foie gras-roasted figs-honey-spices, entrecôte of matured beef and sweetbreads at L'Évadé in early October). The cooking is straightforward and precise. Lovely skittles and cosy decor with a vaulted basement room.
