A creative bistro-gastro restaurant located near Place Saint-Georges, an address for gourmet getaways.

He didn't have long to wait. Just a year and a half separates the opening of his Escudella in the 7th arrondissement and this Evadé, near Place Saint-Georges in the 9th. At both, Rémi Poulain enchantingly and creatively plays a bistro-gastro score. The menu at both places features poultry-foie gras-hazelnut pâté en croûte, and offers gourmet escapes based on exceptional products (beef or pork chops, and sweetbreads at L'Evadé in early winter). The cuisine is straightforward, precise and fine. Nice skittles.
