Well located hotel in a quiet street with pleasant rooms with simple decor and a small balcony.

The Hotel de la Cité Rougemont is very well located in a very quiet street, close to the theatres and the large shops. It really does not pay a mine but has pleasant rooms. The decoration remains simple and classic but has been realized with some taste. All rooms have a small balcony and some can accommodate 4 people.

Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Lage ist super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstücken werden wir wahrscheinlich aber außerhalb.

The person at the desk doesn't speak English or Spanish so it's really difficult to communicate. He was also really rude when we arrived late at night and asked for a bag we left at the desk for security. He didn't know where the other person left it and since he was sleep he was really mad with us. Also, in two occasions he was with his shirt open and his belly was completely in sight, that's just not a professional appearance!!

Ce qui m' a dérangé ce sont les réflexions faites à la jeune en poste, apparemment nouvelle, devant les clients à la réception.
La jeune fille était très agréable, souriante et faisait de son mieux.
