Juste 2 choses:
Le portant dans la chambre faisait très « cheap »
J’ai trouvé étrange de donner ma carte bleue et que la personne disparaisse avec dans le bureau sans me faire taper mon Code....ça ne fait pas très sécurisé, sachant qu’en plus, on a piraté ma carte il y a 2 mois...

pour le petit dejeuner, je n'ai pas toujours été abordé ou accueilli. Non pas que j'avais besoin d'être accueilli, ca ne m'a pas manqué. Mais puisqu'il y a plusieurs questions à ce propos…Par exemple, on ne m'a demandé mon numéro de chambre qu'une fois sur les 3 jours.
Concernant le petit-déj, je sais que c'est plus compliqué mais le jus d'orange frais serait un vrai plus à forte valeur ajoutée (en tous cas selon moi) :)!

This hotel was fantastic. I just wish the breakfast and the Honest Bar had been a bit cheaper. I would have loved to make myself a cocktail (I loved the idea of the Honest Bar), but 10 euros for something I had to make myself seemed a bit pricey.

vraiment un bon séjour , la surprise anniversaire pour mon mari , les petits cadeaux, qualité du matelas… en plus hôtel très bien situé pour les salles de théâtres, et personnel aux petits soins.

The rooms are very tight for anyone traveling with a lot of luggage. This was us for eight days in the hotel. It would be helpful to have a dresser or a set of drawers so that people can unpack and put their suitcases away. We found it very bizarre that no shampoo was provided but perhaps that is an American tradition... The staff made up for any concerns we had. They were all very friendly and helpful.
