Hotel with a family atmosphere, with colourful and furnished rooms with large windows overlooking a square.

A family atmosphere for this very well placed hotel between Opera, Gare du Nord and Sacré-Coeur. All rooms have large windows overlooking a square. They are particularly colourful with vivid tones and very simply furnished with no particular character. Tables and chairs for the breakfast room that kept its stones apparent on a wall.

À proximité du métro Cadet, cet hôtel jouit d'un très bon emplacement pour se déplacer dans Paris. Les chambres sont correctes sans plus. La salle de bain (donc avec une baignoire) est, comme le reste, un peu hors du temps. Avec une grande hauteur sous plafond, l'éclairage qui y est installé ne permet pas d'être à l'aise pour se préparer (mauvais éclairage pour bien utiliser le miroir). Le petit déjeuner se prend au sous-sol. L'ascenseur dessert les étages par demi pallier (pour aller au 2, il faut choisir soit 1-2 puis monter un peu l'escalier, soit 2-3 puis descendre un peu l'escalier).
Le tarif est en réalité le véritable atout de cet hôtel.

My company booked a 3 night non-refundable stay here for me. I checked out after spending less than 1 hour in the room. It was very hot and no AC, room was dirt and smelled of smoke, furniture was broken and there was no drinking water. They would not issue a refund for any portion of the prepaid stay. For about 25 Euro more a night I stayed in an excellent, COLD AC, CLEAN hotel 10 min walk away

L'hotel è situato in una traversa della via principale di Parigi, la Fayette. È vicinissimo alla metro cadet e alla zona di montematre. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose, ma non vengono pulite abbastanza. Nel bagno c'erano delle formiche che camminavano. Considerando che è un hotel a tre stelle comunque ne è valsa la pena per il prezzo pagato. Lo staff è gentile e cordiale.
