Réservation facile, accueil sympathique. Chambres très propres et jolies, dans les standards parisiens, bien equipées. Très bien situé. Chambre au calme. Literie de qualité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et confiance. Chantal et Baptiste.

こちらが分からないのをいいことに、男性スタッフにフランス語で罵倒された。何を言っているのかは分からなかったが、こちらと会話をするのではなく一報的に捲し立てられ、差別発言を言われているのだと明らかにわかった。近くには他の客もいたが、唖然としてこちらを見ていた。

Staff: Good-despite ignorance of my radiator problem
Room: terribly dirty
Toilet: super old, stain everywhere, smallest sink ever seen-your fingers keep touching the tap or bottom the sink when you wash your hands
Bed: blood stain can be found
Radiator: only 5% hot however the vent is not adjustable
Air conditioner: automatically turned off in 10 minutes
Floor: inclined - you can feel dizzy
Sound proof: zero- from neighbouring rooms and from 3 exterior air conditioners installed outside the windows
Lift: the smallest lift ever seen in my entire life, only fits 1 person + 1 luggage at a time
Remote control: broken
The Worst hotel I ever have ever seen in my 41 years life. You should try if you only stayed in good hotels all the times.

Etant dans le quartier le plus central de Paris, il reste intéressant en termes de prix et de confort. J'ai vraiment aimé et réserverai cet hôtel sans hésitation lors de toutes mes prochaines visites. De plus, ce n’était en rien inférieur à l’hôtel 4 étoiles où logeaient mes amis. et le service,et la propreté ne peuvent pas être mentionnés.
