LE LIMONAIRE
The Limonaire is a music bistrot where you can dine if you wish before the showtime - the restaurant service stops at that time. Every day there is something in this place situated in one of the most charming ways in the New Athens area and more widely in Paris. A few regular appointments are the programming. On Monday evening it's the goguette of Excited Z. The principle is that spectators become singers by choosing a known air to table lyrics of their invention. Everyone, even those who aren't really good at Bel Canto, has the right to participate. An orchestra accompanies them. Tuesday is a "coup de coeur" evening during which a recognized artist takes place for a month. On Sunday, there are screenings of silent films put in piano music, sometimes evenings of white cards offered to a professional singer. Note that if, as in many music bars, entry is free, it is estimated that the remuneration of artists "is worth at least the price of a cinema place".
