BAR DE L'HÔTEL MONSIEUR CADET
Formerly called Meyerhold, Hotel Mr. Cadet took the name of the street that housed it. This small change led to the opening of a cosy and elegant bar. In an atmosphere of 1920-30, you can taste one of the four cocktails of the chef bartender and "mixologue", Kevin Ligot, who made his classes in Monte Carlo. Roka blends cognac with absinthe, radish, beet and blindfolded wood. The Hauteville, for its part, combines vodka with Pure malt, rice milk, roasted tea and sesame. Soft drinks and teas Palais des Thés are also available for more sensitive palates. We appreciate the comfort of the dimpled benches, the beauty of old mirrors and chandeliers of mother-made @.
