Located just a few steps from the famous Folies Folies, and a step from the Treviso theatre, the Echevin is a bar-restaurant over time. It is not known whether his name has a relationship with the definition of that word, but it is still that the bar and the bar come from another era. Far from being a trendy bar offering multi-coloured cocktails, the Echevin is more in-depth and user-friendly.
