Created in 2010, Marlette is the secret weapon for lazy gourmets: organic preparations of breads and cakes to be made quickly at home by simply adding some fresh products and great tenderness! And good news for those who prefer to simply sit at the table! Scarlette, the creator of the brand has opened a tea room in the friendly neighborhood of rue des Martyrs. The charming address is already a victim of its success and word of mouth. For breakfast, lunch or simply to taste it, you can appear gourmet while remaining ethical. You are advised the first-rate sandwich with Prince de Paris ham and his comté matured during 18 months. And to conclude, fondants with chocolate, financiers, muffins or cookies! The brunch is not bad either with its scones, its fresh cheese, its ham, jams, its compote... Among other weaknesses, we love the buckwheat blinis, the confusing rye bread with seaweed and the delicious bran bread with fennel. Note: the house offers a wide range of gluten-free products.
