Accompanied by Yannick Leclerc, they drove the road under a sky dotted with Michelin stars, before each of the two took his own path to end up in these "Events". To their side, their loyal accomplice: Florent, chef de cuisine. With over 20 years of culinary experience, Alain and Yannick have installed a "flat kitchen" where you will feel better than at home to learn how to simmer meals or cakes that delight your guests. The courses are all followed by tasting. Success is such that Alain Cirelli has just opened a second workshop, Le Purgatory, rue de Paradis, a resolutely modern open space, inscribed in the tradition and aesthetics of a th century counter.
