Édouard Bonal, a young entrepreneur from Gabriac, left his native Aveyron at the end of his studies to go to Paris in accordance with Aveyron tradition. There, he discovered the world of the hotel and restaurant industry as a management controller and then financial director of a large hotel group. He then decided to create a hotel expertise firm to facilitate the management of independent hotels and restaurants, both in Paris and in Aveyron. Thus, it supports hoteliers, restaurateurs and those who want to embark on the traditional Aveyron adventure thanks to a complete range of services in all operational fields. This is a new version of the Aveyronese in Paris in the hotel and restaurant sector; we are no longer always behind our zinc, among the young people of Aveyron, but not very far away.
