To establish the agricultural and food identity of Île-de-France: the rural area represents 2/3 of the communes of Île-de-France (839 out of 1300) and gastronomy is rooted in its history. CERVIA aims to enhance this reality among consumers and to associate it with the attractiveness and notoriety of the capital region.
Support and assist companies in the agricultural and food sectors of Île-de-France both in research and development, innovation, quality and food safety, as well as in a promotion/marketing approach.
CERVIA acts as an expert and instructor of State and Region support for the agri-food sector.
