Magnificent monument! Exterior architecture already sets the tone of what awaits us inside: monumental marble staircase, beautiful mosaics, sumptuous concert hall. What about the ceiling painted by Chagall, it is simply magnificent. We were entitled to a guided tour done very well and informative. Many emotions in this palace. Do not hesitate, go there!
Attention, the concert hall can be closed to the public even if it is a guided tour, it really is haphazard chance!
