In 2010, after months of renovation work, the apartment-workshop of the goldsmith-poet Gustave Moreau has regained all the charm and poetry that its owner had so patiently imagined. Since then, the entire world of Moreau, a dreamlike, deeply sensitive painter, has been opened up to visitors. It's an opportunity to discover an art that draws its references from the Renaissance masters, skilfully blended with the new painting style of the 19th century.
