MAISON VANDOOREN
Entering the Maison Vandooren means immersing yourself in a family universe, that of the... Vandooren who, living near Rambouillet, quickly chose organic farming. It is also to discover through the few photos hung in the shop with its peacock blue walls the history of a farm, the Budinerie, now a grain farm, mill and bakery. Lucas, one of the two Vandooren sons, is in charge of this company, which therefore offers short circuit of natural, wholemeal or special breads that are 100% Ile-de-France and organic. There are also pastries in the section. A small salty offer at lunchtime (salad of the day, sandwiches...) that can be enjoyed on site.
