Set up for years in the Saint-Honoré Market, this butcher and thief house brought its penates into Rue des Martyrs a few days ago. With the same design of well-marked quality on the lambs (Bourbonnais, Limousin, bio…), the beef (blonde of Aquitaine), the volatiles (chickens of Bresse and blue legs), not forgetting French gibeers. At the head of this whole herd a tandem: Patrick for poultry and Didier for butchery. A house - you will have understood it - of quality, where it is absolutely guaranteed to find what we want. Heavy traffic on weekends!
