ATELIER DES SOMMELIERS
Alexander Morlier, a former Grand Cascade and Crillon, and Aurélien Gil-Artagnan, whose grandfather was Armagnac's producer, is a former former Paul Bocuse, Taillevent and Mandarin Oriental. They worked together at Bristol as assistant chief sommelier. The idea of opening their own cellar had been germinated for a few months and once ripe, it was a reality. In their wine cellar and wine bar there are 220 references which they have carefully selected. Bottles are available for all awards. There is a seasonal selection of wines, accompanied by handicraft products from the best merchants in the neighbourhood. The two boys also organise evenings where they highlight wine growers and their production.
