Two friends, Hadrien and Jean, opened what has become a small SoPi institution: Frescolet ("pleasantly fresh" in Occitan). As if a glance at the window wasn't enough to know what their store offers, the two friends decided to write it in big letters, as in the past, at the top of the shop window: butter-egg-cheese. But not only... If the cheeses, especially the goats produced by Hadrien's parents, take center stage, the house has broadened its offer to include grocery products, always from the Southwest (foie gras, cassoulet...). The inhabitants of the neighborhood know it well: here, we sell quality, with a smile and advice to boot.
