The site of a circular tower that was replaced by an apple crusher in Blandy.
Before the revolutionary period, a circular tower, the dovecote of the castle, stood on this square. The lord had the privilege to raise pigeons. Today it has disappeared and was replaced by an apple crusher, a tool used to crush the fruit before taking it to the press. Its working principle: a sandstone millstone, fixed on a wooden axis pulled by a horse, crushes the apples mixed with water in a gutter.
