Restaurant offering a cuisine elaborated with fresh and seasonal products.

The Bistrot du Broc is highly regarded in the region. Its warmly-colored decor, china-style atmosphere and Lyonnais "bouchon" atmosphere combine the pleasures of taste with the pleasures of the eye. And the chef knows what he's talking about, working with fresh, seasonal produce... Half-camembert roasted with honey and rosemary; marrow bone with coarse salt, parsley and mouillettes; yellowfin tuna steak, semi-cooked with mild spices; veal kidneys with meldoise sauce; rice pudding, semi-cooked with Barry chocolate... As the welcome is so friendly, everything is in place to ensure you have a good time at the table.

Très bonne cuisine, plats copieux qui expliquent certains tarifs qui peuvent sembler un peu élevés sur la carte. Les serveurs sont agréables et aux petits soins. Adresse à ne pas manquer.
