Hélas, le plat n'était pas à la hauteur du prix. Certes, une cuisson correcte mais une viande très très médiocre. Quand au verre de vin , peut-être était ce du au plat accompagné, mais un gout virant au vinaigre dominait malgré un nez qui semblait prometteur. Fournisseur peut-être à revoir. Dommage.
