A public building housing works of art, such as engravings, paintings, lithographs, and sculptures,...
Decorated in the early 20th century by Charles Moreau-Vauthier, a Parisian artist and art critic, Bourron town hall houses over 400 works by 19th-century painters who lived in the village (Armand Point, Charles Delort, Eugène Cicéri, Arthur Heseltine, Auguste Allongé...). It's to this singular Charles that we owe the creation of this museum, exhibiting some 200 engravings, drawings, paintings, lithographs and sculptures. A wonderful journey into the region's past.
