La miellerie Hamette is a family-run business located in Bourron-Marlotte, on the edge of the Fontainebleau forest. For five generations, the Hamette family have been beekeepers, offering a wide variety of honeys and other beehive products. With nearly a thousand hives spread over several apiaries in Seine-et-Marne, Yonne and Loiret, they harvest classic honeys such as flower and acacia honey, as well as rarer honeys such as linden and alfalfa honey. In addition to honey, they also make gingerbread, galettes and honey sweets in a variety of flavors.
