Une patronne qui crie sur tout le monde , un moment pas vraiment agréable de plus après avoir passer commande et être arriver à l’heure qu’ils nous ont donner au téléphoner nous avons eu l’agréable surprise d’attendre 45min de plus au restaurant et pour ce faire pardonner nous avons eu un coca en plus . Nous avons demandé des Mochi Coco et on nous a servi des Daifuku qui nous ont été facturé et aucun geste commercial n’a été fait.
Le gérant est sorti de sa cuisine pour nous crier dessus alors que c’était de leur faute.
La relation client est à revoir.
Le repas n’avait rien d’exceptionnel ni bon ni mauvais.
