Chef Sylvain welcomes you to his home, the house he inherited from his grandfather. Here, all ingredients are organic and largely local, as Sylvain sources his fruit and vegetables from local growers, if not directly from the kitchen garden. The restaurant operates without a menu, with the chef proposing a constantly renewed plate according to his inspiration. Open two days a week, the rest of the time is devoted to organizing events, on site or elsewhere, with catering services.
