LA FABRIQUE
Lovely table serving French cuisine revisited, with beet ravioli with brousse and fresh mint on the menu.
A lovely restaurant set in a former tile factory on the border of the département, opened over fifteen years ago. Chef Guillaume Lamory's French cuisine is revisited, starting at 27 euros. The menu includes beet ravioli with brousse and fresh mint, avocado cream, cucumber and smoked salmon, scallop meunière with hazelnut butter purée and pencil leeks, veal moelleux lacquered with reduced jus and crispy sweetbreads, parmesan polenta, friseline bouquet with peasant bacon, and a trilogy of desserts to choose from.
