Nestled in the heart of the Les Pins hotel, the restaurant Le Jardin de Bacchus welcomes you in three rooms. The woodwork of the decor creates a warm atmosphere. The bright veranda opens onto the forest through large bay windows. On the menu, marinated picanha beef, celery and apple tartar, Amber cheese siphon, or sea bass in herb ballottine, butternut risotto with lobster sauce. For dessert, the praline mille-feuille and mango tartar or the pine cone in milk chocolate trompe-l'oeil, orange-cinnamon insert and orange sorbet are a hit.
