Restaurant in Haguenau offering duck foie gras in terrine, grilled octopus or reduced meat juice with cider
A richly ornate façade distinguishes the restaurant from its immediate surroundings. Inside, the decor is pleasing: warm tones, painted woodwork and inlaid ceilings evoke Arcimboldo. Trained by some of the region's top Michelin-starred chefs, Romain Meyer has joined his father Damien in the kitchen. He brings a welcome modern touch to dishes that focus on exceptional cooking, fabulous presentation and, above all, sauces. Romain is an expert in sauces, and that makes all the difference! A great time awaits you!

Le seul bémol les nombreuses mouches dans un restaurant de cette catégorie ça fait tâche...et le pompon c'est la com du Chef sur le sujet très irrespectueuse ...c'est sûr on ne reviendra pas...
