Clem's is in the tradition of the bistros of the past, notwithstanding a contemporary decoration. One has a pleasant feeling of "inside-out" when the bay windows open onto the terrace. The plate setting is particularly well done and the portions are generous. Here we prepare crab rillettes with avocado guacamole, coriander and lime, a vegetable wok with snacked shrimp tails deglazed with sukiyaki or, for dessert, a pistachio nougat with morello cherry coulis. Clem's prepares take-out menus.

Malheureusement, le stress se fait ressentir !
Bémol sur l'ambiance très bruyante les soirs.
Passée précédemment dans l'établissement pour un déjeuner professionnel j'ai été incommodée par le manque de discrétion et la familiarité de la serveuse. ( serveuse que je n'ai pas recroisée lors de mon passage pour diner)
