Chocolaterie-pâtisserie Heitz is a true Haguenauvian institution. Founded in 1918, it has been run by four generations of master confectioners. Discover the chocolate store, where numerous specialties fill the shelves, and the patisserie-tea room. Viennese pastries are served alongside a wide range of desserts, as well as around thirty different types of artisanal ice cream, and the famous cottage cheese and rhubarb tarts in season. A dish of the day is served at lunchtime.
