It is to this amateur beekeeper, who nevertheless has a certified workshop, that customers looking for a good honey go. Its hives transhuminate in summer in the Vosges, Bas-Rhône, Northern Alsace, the foragers harvest different pollens depending on the region. This gives five to six honeys with particular flavours depending on the year: acacia - excellent and main production -, linden, cream, fir, fir, flowers, forest or chestnut... You will also find, but on order, mead, an aperitif at 15° which can also be used in the composition of certain desserts, royal jelly, pollen, a welcome fortifying ingredient when you return home and propolis, a natural antibiotic against sore throats. These products are not produced on site.
