Located in Château-Landon, a renowned medieval town, this 4-generation family mill produces quality flours, both regular and organic, all made from Gâtinais wheat. The Matignons, a family of millers, put their heart into their work, offering a vast choice of flours: wheat, spelt, rye, oats, corn, small spelt, buckwheat, as well as a range of ready-to-use mixes. All can be purchased in 2 kg, 5 kg and even 25 kg packs, at the mill or from selected retailers.
