ASSOCIATION OMONDE
The Omonde Association was created in 2006 as a result of a tourist trip to Benin. The founders wanted to help children from different schools who worked in precarious conditions of education. Omonde is a French humanitarian association stemming from non-political international solidarity. Omonde has, at the heart of its action, development programmes relating to children's education and nutrition.
The association intervenes in partnership with local communities through various projects:
Centres for children in support of schools.
School canteens with garden creation.
Sponsorship of children in school settings.
School exchanges between the French and Beninese schools.
Social education centres for young people.
All these projects are located in rural areas to improve the daily lives of children and adolescents.
Omonde invites you in the context of travel trips to share the daily lives of the villagers. The size of groups (maximum 12 people) is limited to promote discovery and exchanges at the rate of communities. They will then be able to discover Benin from a different angle and our actions on the ground.

The ratings and reviews below reflect the subjective opinions of members and not the opinion of The Little Witty.
Most projects are not concluded their. Several conflicts with the former volontaires, and the unhealthy relations with the local population. With highly recommended!
