Restaurant offering sushi prepared by chef Eric Ticana.
In the Goma family (sesame in Japanese), I ask first for the Poke Bar. As its name suggests, it serves poke bowls, a Hawaiian dish that has been all the rage for several years now, as well as rolls, chirashis, makis, sashimis and other sushis. And not just any sushi! Sushi prepared by Eric Ticana, sushi chef and founder and coach of the French sushi team. At the same time, he runs Omakase, a Japanese restaurant. And there, a change of register, of room and of atmosphere. Our sushi expert concocts a series of culinary proposals before the eyes of his guests (nine for dinner). A good idea for a dinner with friends.

On reviendra !
