BOULANGERIE QUIBAN
Stéphane and Stéphanie Quiban's bakery celebrated its tenth anniversary in April 2019. For the past two years, it has also specialized in organic bread, one of the only ones to bear the organic label in the sector. She obtains her supplies from the Moulins Bourgeois, in Verdelot (Seine-et-Marne), which supplies itself with organic cereals, grown within a maximum radius of 200 kilometres in the surrounding area. Here, everything is home-made, the pastries are Label Rouge and the novelties are regular. The house also makes chocolates and iced desserts.
