In 2016, this gourmande fair will celebrate its 48 th anniversary. As each year, it showcases local products, but also some foreign specialities. The fair welcomes the Jean-Baptiste Vincent competition, which aims to reward the best cheeses in Coulommiers, but also the dairy products competition of Île-de-France and animal competitions organised jointly with the Maison de l'élevage. Now there is a kitchen competition around the country's products.
