MARCHÉ DE NOËL
The traditional Coulommiers Christmas market has been revamped in recent years by moving into the city's spacious and pretty main hall (Cours Gambetta, above the Market Square). Some thirty exhibitors will be present for three days on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with their lots of handicrafts, dishes, alcohols, and cheeses to taste. In a dry place, the visitor has plenty of time to browse through the various stalls. Activities and entertainment are also offered throughout the day: atypical shows, Santa Claus' chalet, photographs with Santa Claus, horse-drawn carriage rides, concerts, workshops, sculptures, carousels, etc. All these attractions do not necessarily take place in the hall, but also at various points in the city (town hall, market square, church, etc.).
