This church, dedicated to Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption, is located in a slightly elevated position in the center of the village
Located in the centre of the village at a slight height, this church is dedicated to Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption, but also to Sainte-Geneviève in connection with a spring located 100 m to the east, in the garden of the former presbytery. We do not precisely know the date when it was first built. From destruction to partial reconstruction, the building sites probably followed one another from the 12th to the 19th century, with a certainly important campaign of work at the beginning of the 16th century, probably following the damage caused by the Hundred Years War.
