An old washhouse typical of the region, particularly covered, located at the corner of rue des Michelettes and rue de Vedun
Located at the corner of Rue des Michelettes and Rue de Verdun, this old partially covered wash-house is typical of the region. It has been restored but has kept its charm. It used to be a closed wash-house with 4 sides, of which construction might date from 1865. Furthermore, it was used by the inhabitants of the upper village who came to wash their clothes. Moreover, they went to fetch water for their own consumption since the wash-house also supplied the local fountain.
