Jean and Christelle Dijols, charcutiers with a passion for culinary traditions, excel. Among other distinctions, twice champion of France in the superior white ham category, Jean's work is a blend of tradition and inventiveness, much to our delight. Better still, as a member of the Chevaliers du Goûte boudin de Mortagne-au-Perche brotherhood, he offers us a dish based on free-range pork, spices and fresh produce... An address in the noblest sense of the word, where you'll be sure to do your meat shopping. And the regulars are not mistaken!
