L'ÉGLISE SAINT-JEAN-BAPTISTE ET SES VITRAUX
Building with a small bell tower covered with slates, built on the site of a chapel built in 1222 in Crèvecœur-en-Brie.
This religious building with a small slate-covered bell tower is typical of the region. It was built on the site of a chapel built in 1222 and was modified by partial reconstructions in the 16th century. The high altar of the church representing the baptism of Christ and one of its windows representing the Nativity of St. John the Baptist are classified as Historic Monuments. The roof was repaired in 2013 while a local association has also restored the stained-glass windows of the church.
