LE BARON
Table d'hôtes à voir offering 2 tasting menus, with 5 or 7 courses, and à la carte dishes in 3 lounges and 3 worlds
In the mythical Château de Ferrières, inaugurated in 1859 by Napoleon III and formerly owned by the Rothschilds, Michel Roth's table enjoys an absolutely exceptional setting, in pure Rothschild style. With the help of chef Yannick Quemin and pastry chef Desty Brami, the chef delivers a gastronomic experience of the highest level, distributed across three lounges and three worlds, always respecting a remarkable château spirit, brought up to date. There are two tasting menus, with five or seven courses, as well as à la carte dishes.
