Madeleine by Ferrières is a beautiful bakery in Ferrière-en-Brie with a refined, designer decor. While the premises are in tune with the spirit of the times, when it comes to taste buds, there's no denying the French tradition of excellence. Pastry chef Desty Brami and head baker Guillaume Nuncq treat us to a variety of breads (spelt, wheat, etc.), viennoiseries, pastries (macaroons, entremets, chocolates, cakes, etc.), mignardises and snacks (sandwiches, fresh salads) that are both fine and gourmet. An excellent address!
