The Pays de Fontainebleau tourist office invites visitors to strengthen their connection to life and to reconnect with nature. During the spring, a multitude of events and activities are offered to enjoy the incredible natural environment of the Île-de-France region. There is the Festival of Parks and Gardens in Barbizon, the Naturiales in Fontainebleau with a flower market and local producers and the Festival of Art History at the Château de Fontainebleau, with Portugal as a guest country this year. Rejuvenating activities are also proposed such as guided tours in the forest around biodiversity, sylvotherapy outings, the Arbor&Sens course and a photo course in the heart of the forest of Fontainebleau. Also not to be missed are walks in key places such as the garden of the Stéphane Mallarmé Museum and those of the Château de Fontainebleau, not forgetting the garden of Rosa Bonheur, in the home of one of the most famous artists of animal painting.
