The Houston is located in the pedestrian area. At the bar, the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, and is set in plush armchairs, style lounge. Tapas is the party to accompany the drinks. The atmosphere is good but a little noisy. The food is very good. It is one of the nice places of Fontainebleau!

Fontainebleau est une ville touristique, les clients vont, viennent, passent et s'en vont. A quoi bon faire de la qualité et fidéliser ... Nous n'y retournerons plus. Je ne peux que souhaiter que cet établissement fasse faillite très vite pour qu'un repreneur redresse le niveau.
