Although its prices are not among the most affordable in town, this locavore restaurant is seductive thanks to the care taken over the content of its dishes and its privileged location. Although the menu is mainly traditionally inspired, seasonal surprises add a touch of originality. These include organic eggs en cocotte with pan-fried foie gras, scallops a la plancha with a citrus coulis, pork ribs au gratin with cantal cheese, and nocciolata tiramisu. And last but not least: a 100% homemade lemon meringue tart. A perfect gourmet break before or after a visit to the nearby château.
